Shipping and Handling Policy
Be Envied Clothing Co will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.
Shipping Methods
2-4 days for handling 
2-7 days shipping via express post shipping Australia Wide.
International Shipping (Please read our International order policy) 
Important: We do NOT accept any customer's own shipping account or any order.
All orders to be processed within approximately two BUSINESS days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Be Envied Clothing Co does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. 
In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.

To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please contact BEFORE 2pm AEST.

If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 days of payment. However, during busy periods such as sales or new range release this may take longer due to the large amounts of orders received. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified by email. If an item is sold out and is not available, you will not be charged for it and we will inform you via email. Please note that items are only shipped on weekdays, no items are sent out over weekends. Any sales received after 3pm (AEST) on Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and sent out on the following Monday.
We ship within Australia using Australia Post Delivery service. Delivery to most areas in Australia is within 7-14 working days, but during busy periods allow up to 10 + working days. Delivery to some regional areas may also take longer than the usual 7 working days.

International Order Policy
We deliver to all countries. We prefer to ship with Australia Post as it is a fully traceable and reliable express courier service. Delivery takes approximately 7-14 working days to arrive. Please note that once a parcel has been dispatched its delivery time is out of our control. Periodically your local customs office MAY hold deliveries for periods up to three weeks before the parcel is released for delivery to you. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Please be aware that your local customs office will apply additional charges (Import tax & duties) to your goods upon arrival into your country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. These charges must be paid in full by the recipient before the parcel will be released.
We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Be Envied Clothing Co will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.
If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:
The customer refuses to accept the package 
No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package 
Be envied Clothing Co reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund. We DO NOT accept any customer's own shipping method for any order.

Return Policy
All the returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping if applicable. We give our international customers 14 business days from receipt of the item(s) to return back to us for an exchange. Customer needs to pay the shipping to ship the return back first. Invoice # and customer contact information must be included with return inside box, for better service.
If the return is caused by receiving wrong item, we will be fully responsible for the mistake, the return shipping will be reimbursed (Original shipping in original payment is the maximum, so please choose the return shipping method accordingly).
If the return is not caused by receiving wrong items, original shipping is not refundable and ONLY store credit will be issued according to receipt of the return. Store Credits are valid for 1 month from date of returned goods received in our warehouse.  Items are NOT regarded faulty if the colour differs slightly from photos as this can be caused from different colour display settings on computers/phones.For packages refused by customers, there may be additional shipping cost charged by carrier. The package must be returned with original package, all the return w/o original package will be refused; all the return of used condition will not be accepted and will be refused. Domestic returns need to be returned within 7 business days of receiving the item.
Be Envied Clothing Co take no responsibility for wrong sizing or change of mind. We do not offer a refunds for wrong sizing or change mind however do offer an exchange/store credit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping of the original item and also of postage fees for the exchange item. 
Do you want to return something? No problem! 
◾You can return any faulty item within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
◾All exchanges for change of mind or wrong sizing will need to be returned before the new item is sent and return postage is to be paid. Buyer is to arrange to return the item to Be Envied via express post with a pre paid express bag included in the parcel, filled out with your address. The included pre paid express bag must be the same weight size. (ie. If you return in a 500g bag, include a 500g bag). The new item will be returned in this satchel.
◾No returns on swimwear
◾ In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
◾All goods will be inspected on return.
◾The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
◾We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
◾Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting. No free postage sales uploaded can be used for returns. Credit note and exchanges have an expiry of 1 month from the date the item has been returned.
